Good to know

  • Orders are checked and approved within 12 to 48 hours. Your tracking number is issued once the order is assigned to logistics.
  • It can take up to 5 business days for a carrier to show the first scan. If tracking shows no information yet, please be patient, then contact us if it still has not updated.
  • For logistical reasons an order may ship in more than one parcel, so you may receive more than one tracking number.
